Meditation Techniques For Your Type

About the Workshop

Would you like to try meditating but do not know where to start? Perhaps you have tried meditation and realised that it is not for you? Or you have meditated and found yourself more agitated afterwards? Is your mind too busy? Or do you already meditate but you cannot get to do it regularly?

Then, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, this workshop may be for you.

In the two hours that we will be together, you will experience different concentration and meditation techniques from a range of Yoga traditions. To get most out of this workshop, you will need to come with:

  • comfortable clothing,
  • a non-slip mat if you have one (or anything of sorts),
  • a blanket,
  • two or three cushions or firm pillows,
  • and pen and paper to take notes.

A wall nearby to rest the back may be useful but it is not mandatory. Ideally you may want to have headphones on so the guidance does not get lost with the usual background noises, and you would have had eaten at least an hour before the start.
